Off Ice Conditioning

Improve your performance on the ice with Off Ice training. Off Ice classes include an initial assessment followed by specific focus to improve:

  • Strength
  • Speed
  • Agility
  • Power
  • Flexibility
  • Core and Joint Stability
  • Body Control, and Neuromuscular Development
  • Prevention of Injuries

Private and Group Training available as well as Ballet and Pilates
